A clear starting point
These terms apply to your use of the Unique Interpreters website and portal. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you use the portal for an organization, you must be authorized to do so. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or portal.
Any separate service agreement governs your contracted interpretation services and takes priority if it conflicts with these terms. Website descriptions and illustrative portal figures are not a price quote or a guarantee of availability.
Using the service
We provide human telephone interpretation for businesses and organizations. Confirm languages, availability, rates, and any special requirements with our team before relying on a service. Pay-as-you-go charges and payment obligations follow your agreed service terms.
Interpretation helps people communicate; it does not replace professional medical, legal, or other advice. The website and portal are not emergency services. In an emergency, call 911 or the appropriate emergency service.
Your account & our shared space
Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use only accounts and information you are authorized to access. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not misuse another person’s information, interfere with the service, bypass security, or use the website or portal unlawfully.
Share only information needed for the service that you are authorized to provide. Our website content, branding, and software belong to us or our licensors. You may use them to access our services; these terms do not transfer ownership.
Communications & privacy
We call, text, or email to provide contracted services or with your permission, and obtain any further consent required by law. Using the website or portal is not consent to marketing. You may withdraw permission, including by replying STOP to texts, unsubscribing from or replying to emails, or calling us. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.

Availability & responsibility
We work to keep the website and portal useful and reliable, but they may contain errors or be temporarily unavailable. Except as stated in a service agreement or required by law, they are provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may restrict access to address misuse, security concerns, or legal requirements.
Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to limit. Responsibilities for contracted services remain governed by your service agreement and applicable law.
Updates & questions
We may update these terms as the website or portal changes. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice when required; changes do not override an existing service agreement.
